My name is Gary Duckworth, chief instructor of the Bearsted Koo Self Defence International School.

I started training in Tae Kwon-Do in January 1988 under Master J.P. Kwoo. Over the years we have progressed from Tae Kwon-Do, to Choi Kwang Do and to Koo Self Defence.

I achieved my Black Belt in April 1990, 1st Degree in December 1990, and 2nd Degree in September 1996. I became a chief instructor in July 1991 and started the Bearsted Koo Self Defence International School in south-east England.
